Open a non-sensitive practice document, place the cursor in a text field, and use the documented keyboard command. If the baseline fails, review Windows language, microphone, connectivity, and permission guidance before changing Stream Deck settings. A pedal mapping cannot repair a voice service that is unavailable or an editor that does not currently accept text input.

Assign the Stream Deck Pedal hotkey
